Olio Novello 2013 has arrived…

Hot off the letterpress, our new Olio Novello label for Carluccio’s have arrived as part of a collection of winter products including balsamic vinegar with a new label design. It’s food that makes you want to be inside by a fire. Molly and Rob the brains behind We All Need Words penned the words and the Olio Novello labels were beautifully printed by Phil at Hand & Eye.

We’re thrilled to announce that the new Rummo branding and packaging design by Irving & Co has now arrived on shelves throughout Italy. Rummo are a family owned pasta producer based in Benevento in the region of Campania. Their philosophy “Metodo Lenta Lavorazione” extols the virtues of taking time to make things properly. This vision is articulated through all levels of the brand from the simplicity and honesty of the logotype through to the tactility and texture of the brown cartons and paper bag based packaging used for the Leggendarie range. We’re continuing to build and apply the new concept in collaboration with the Rummo family and Charlotte Moore, an American born creative now living in Milan.

We escaped the big smoke for the day and went exploring in the magical garden of the late Christopher Lloyd. The garden is maintained with integrity by Fergus Garrett and is open to visitors between April and the end of October. We left much inspired and excited by the disparate patterns and textures found through the gardens and buildings.

We’re as pleased as punch that the new Quo Vadis website is now live. We worked with the brilliant Dan Buckley of Thumbcrumble who made it all happen and crafted a truly original site. Decorated with John Broadley’s black and white masterpieces the site is a singular expression of the pleasures that await all those who experience the bountiful hospitality of Jeremy Lee, The Hart brothers, Jon Spiteri and their merry gang.
